Refund policy

At iamloved.ai (a brand of Branding International, Inc.), we want you to be fully informed regarding our return parameters. Because our custom products are manufactured to order using print-on-demand technology, our returns are governed by specific guidelines.
1. Return Policy and Buyer's Remorse
  • Buyer's Remorse / Change of Mind: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if you change your mind, choose an incorrect size, or select an incorrect product color. Please review our sizing charts carefully before finishing your purchase.

  • Worn or Washed Items: Items that have been worn, washed, or altered from their original condition are ineligible for return or replacement.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments
We offer complete protection for order fulfillment issues. We accept returns or provide free replacements exclusively for:
  • Manufacturing defects, misprints, or item damages incurred during shipping.
  • Incorrect items or incorrect sizes shipped due to a fulfillment error.
  • Timeframe: You must contact our support team at hello@iamloved.ai within 30 days of delivery. Please provide your order number alongside clear photographs showing the product defect.
3. Return Process & Timelines
  • Review Window: Once your email is received, our support team will evaluate your claim within 1–2 business days.
  • Resolution: Upon validation of a product defect, we will issue a replacement or map out return instructions.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment card within 5–7 business days of final claim resolution.
4. Fees and Return Address
  • Restocking Fees: We charge $0.00 in restocking or administrative fees for processed claims.
  • Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
