Refund policy
Because all our products are made to order using print-on-demand technology, we have a limited return policy.
We Do NOT Accept Returns For:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size or color chosen by the customer
- Items that have been worn or washed
We Accept Returns Only For:
- Defective, damaged, or misprinted items
- Wrong item shipped
Timeframe: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Return Process
- Email hello@iamloved.ai with your order number and clear photos.
- We will review your request within 1-2 business days.
- If approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label (for defective items).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a full refund or replacement.
Refund Timeline: 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
